Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Could you please remove any makeup before your appointment, as I need to assess your skin tone. Extra time spent removing makeup means less time for the treatment.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
Please familiarize yourself with our location.
If arriving 20 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and Permanent Makeup (PM) Deposits will be lost.
Please allow 24 or more hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. The deposits/payments are non refundable if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment time.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically lose your deposit.
If you are a no-show for your first treatment- your deposit will be lost.
If you are a no-show for the complimentary touch up session- you will need to deposit $100 to schedule another session.
After two consecutive no-shows to your appointment, I may decide to terminate my relationship with you.
A $200 Deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments.
This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Your touch-up appointment is complimentary. This can be scheduled no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your first session.
You can reschedule your appoitment 24 hours before the treatment.
If you miss your follow up appointment for ANY reason, there will be a rescheduling fee of $100.
*Being offered a free touch-up doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take care of your new tattoo. If it’s clear you haven’t been trying to take care of your fresh SPM, a tattoo artist might not touch it up for you.
I`m selective when working over other tattoo artist’s work. If you have had your eyebrows/lips/eyeliner previously tattooed, I request that you email me clear photos of your tattoo for approval BEFORE your appointment booking.
If you have received a gift voucher, this is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
Credit can be transferred to another person but must be done in writing. The original expiry date still applies.
